what Membership Actually includes
A limited panel. A physician who has time. And a clinical toolkit that most practices don't offer — or adequately use.
Fewer than 50 members. One physician. Your full history — always in context.
Alpenglow Health accepts fewer patients by design. It means Dr. Neimat knows your medical history, has reviewed your chart before each meeting, and advocated for your health goals. It means same-day appointments are genuinely available. It means care decisions are made with complete context, not reconstructed from fragmented care.
Preventative Care
Intervention focused on the patient's specific physiology to reduce the risk of adverse lifetime events such as cancer, major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE), organ dysfunction, and cognitive decline.
Longitudinal Care
Management of existing and/or chronic medical conditions, medications, and coordination of specialist care.
Biannual physical and regular blood work review.
acute Care
In-home evaluation and treatment of acute issues.
As the member’s personal physician, Dr. Neimat is committed to being your health care advisor, educator, and advocate, and to provide each member with the following services:

Access and communication
Extended, unrushed visits enable DR. Neimat to spend meaningful time with patients, build strong relationships, and work collaboratively to provide more comprehensive, proactive care than in traditional primary care practices.
Results
What members typically see within six months.
Metabolic markers normalize. Weight trends downward without unsustainable restriction. Lipids improve. Insulin sensitivity recovers. Sleep quality, often for the first time in years, becomes manageable.
These are not exceptional results; They are what happens when a physician knows you and spends time with you practicing rigorous and innovative medicine.

The Member understands and agrees that the Practice does not provide emergency treatment, and that in an emergency, the Member should dial “911” and/or go to the nearest emergency room. The Practice encourages the Member to inform the Physician of any emergency or hospital admission so that the Physician can assist with the coordination of post-hospital care.
